As part of the CEO communications training process, Mr. Russo will conduct an intensive intake interview with you to understand the underlying sources of your entrepreneurial vision and your startup’s mission. He will examine and dissect your personal communications aspirations, doubts and frustrations in order to communicate your vision and the company’s USP most effectively. This deep and ongoing conversation includes:

  • Analyzing your PropTech business plan. (1 hour)
  • Identifying and aligning your business plan and communications priorities. (1 hour)
  • Monthly in-person coaching session. (Half-day/4 hours)
  • Up to 10 hours/month “on call” phone/video conference consulting. (Optional)
